With more than 25 years of experience, Jim has led transformative hospitality, mixed-use, and historic rehabilitation projects throughout New England and beyond. His award-winning portfolio includes two of Portland’s most recognizable destinations: The Press Hotel and Canopy Portland Waterfront.
Before becoming an influential real estate developer, Jim achieved extraordinary success as a world-class sailor. He earned an Olympic silver medal in 1992, competed in two America’s Cup campaigns, and won five World Championship titles.
