Resources for anyone helping an aging parent, spouse, family member, friend, or neighbor. Respite care for adults will be provided by the Southern Maine Agency on Aging at no cost.

This expo is designed to provide family caregivers with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to navigate the challenges of caregiving with greater confidence.
Attendees will hear from experts and experienced caregivers, participate in educational breakout sessions, connect with local service providers, and discover practical tools for managing everything from legal and financial planning to dementia care, community resources.
