Catalyst Award
Presented to Portland Hearts of Pine for their powerful drive for progress in the Portland region, using soccer to build connection, pride, and social impact. Through inclusive programs and local partnerships, they create welcoming spaces for people of all backgrounds, while empowering youth through mentorship and leadership opportunities. Their commitment to equity and outreach extends beyond the pitch, inspiring lasting change in the Portland community.
Collaborator Award
Presented to Heather Johnson for her outstanding leadership in uniting the region’s community around shared goals. As former Commissioner of the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development, she bridged public, private, and community sectors to expand broadband access and boost economic development.
