Evo Kitchen & Bar serves a modern fusion of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines. Our chefs prepare mezzas, small dishes that are traditionally shared among each other and eaten with other dishes at the table. Using only the freshest, local Maine fruits, vegetables, fish and lean meats, our chefs incorporate exotic spices and flavors of the Levantine region to create dishes that are as beautiful to behold as they are delicious.
