Service and selection are good. questions remain however. Why is all the weed Skunk weed? Whatever happened to non reeking Colombian Gold? Why am I asked for ID Twice? information at the door can't be forwarded to the register? Why have the small desiccant bags omitted? my weed turns into dust in a couple of days.

If I could give a 1 star I would. Customer service sucks. I bought a vape and brought it back in less then 12 hours. I could never get it to work properly. Instead of doing a quick exchange they said there was nothing they could do about it and I had to take it up the company. I might as well piss away 100 buck. Won't be coming back here.

This place is a must stop when I travel to SoPo (I live about an hour away). It's not your regular cannabis shop, they are way more knowledgeable, but in a down to earth way. Nick was particularly helpful and made recommendations that were spot on. I appreciated how he explained the different strains and what I could expect from the experience. Will definitely recommend!

The pros, staff is friendly, the place is clean and well organized. An easy to get to location and a fair amount of options.

The bad is that unlike places that I'm used to going when I used to have my medical card and have since gone recreational. You don't get the warm fuzzy feeling of visiting your neighborhood bud tender. Very cut and dry and in and out.

But the real reason I'm writing this review is because I recently purchased a T pen go. I went to the shop to purchase a cartridge and I was told that the cartridge would work best if I purchase their battery. I went ahead and purchased it since you can never have too many. However after using it this thing is junk. Way too complicated when it comes to the settings, it's clunky and non-discrete like other batteries, the cartridge falls out unless you make sure that it's connected to the magnet, and most importantly the draw is crap. it's like sucking cement through a straw.

I tried one of my other batteries and it works great with the cartridge. Perfect draw and zero complaints there.

I contacted customer service and they said there's nothing they can do for me so buyer beware!

Customer service is wonderful and I love their 3 jars for $50 gummies! I like the high I get from the gummies, their great.

Great location in the Maine mall district. Beautiful store, good products and a helpful staff. Their menu has been a bit light but now getting better. Will be back!

Very professional and courteous service. I am very novice at all of this but the customer rep made it sooo easy and made great suggestions. And I love that they can offer discounts...no one else seems to do that.
