Amanda H.Portland, ME3266Mar 9, 2022The entire team at Absolute Health is truly best in class. I've been getting chiropractic care from Dr. Cait and her team for the last 5 years. The care I have received has been truly life changing. Working with them has drastically reduced the neck pain I used to experience. As a part of the care they offer they also educate patients about how to stay on track with their care path between appointments via "active care" where patients learn strategies and stretches. More generally, the entire team has a positive, upbeat approach and truly cares about all of their patients. Going to see the team is truly a bright spot on my calendar!

She has a program that corrects problems by working on not just structiral alignment but also builds strength in the body to facilitate long term improvements. She and her dtaff are wonderful. They definitely encourage whole body health and coordinate with other professionals to help you attain pptimum wellness. Love her!!!

Dr Cait is hands down the best chiropractor I have ever been too. I have been to several in the past and I never had the experience I do when I see Dr. Cait and her staff; always very friendly, caring, and willing to work with you on schedule and finance needs. The therapy is great and I always feel better every time I leave the office. I would recommend Dr. Cait to anyone and everyone!
