On Tuesday, March 5th at 7:00 PM the South Portland/Cape Elizabeth Community Chamber hosts a City Council Candidates Forum for those candidates seeking election to the open District One City Council Seat. This Candidate’s Forum will take place in the City Council Chambers at South Portland City Hall, 25 Cottage Road, South Portland. SPC-TV will broadcast the Candidate’s Forum live. The Special Election occurs on March 12th.
