Join us for our newest virtual event: IDEAS (Inclusion Diversity Equity Advancement Series)! This educational series covers social and racial justice knowledge for the business community; working to answer your questions and create a welcoming, diverse workforce that benefits all. The second session of this multi-part series welcomes Regina Phillips and Deqa Dhalac, Co-Founders of Cross Cultural Community Services (CCCS), and Liz Kovarsky, CCCS's Community Health Program Organizer, to introduce us to what a truly open and diverse hiring process looks like. They will discuss the most important things to consider when hiring, and how to examine your own hiring process to ensure you and your managers are creating a welcome, collaborative place to work full of passionate and diverse voices.
