Growth Basics for Business: Internal Communications - A Strategy for Employee Engagement
The “Great Resignation” is forcing businesses to examine their strategies for attracting and retaining staff. Competitive pay and benefits are important, but engagement is a key factor for employees determining whether to stay or leave.
A critical component of engagement is internal communications and the feeling of connection that it creates for employees, both to your business and to each other.
This workshop will help business owners and leaders: • Understand the importance of internal communications as one piece in the foundation of employee engagement • Evaluate different opportunities and tools for internal communications • Confront misconceptions about internal communications • Develop a strategy for internal communications that works for their business and employees
