MORE ABOUT BEYOND RACIAL EQUITY
These sessions will be facilitated by Quionna Allen and Tara Jenkins, the founders of Beyond Racial Equity, a consulting practice that partners with leaders to build antiracist organizations. Quionna and Tara have decades of experience in Human Resources and are deeply unsatisfied with traditional approaches to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
Beyond Racial Equity provides a comprehensive multi-phase framework to partner with organizational leaders to build antiracist organizations, starting with understanding systemic racism to the final step of building truly equitable organizational practices. You can find more about Beyond Racial Equity on their website.
