Becoming a Mindful Leader: What does it mean?
Experiential Learning With Cheryl Jones, Founder of The Mindful Path, and Elizabeth Ross Holmstrom, Founder of Mindful Employer
Are you interested in more meaningful work? A way of working that aligns with your wisdom and values? You aren’t alone.
There's a yearning and a sense of urgency around bringing a higher level of consciousness to our work every day. Mindful leadership is no longer a ‘nice to have’ skill. We are being called to be present and aware, and to lead with skill and compassion. How do you lead from a place of inner wisdom?
It’s a journey.
Cheryl Jones and Elizabeth Ross Holmstrom have each studied and led mindfulness at work and leadership development for more than twenty years. There has never been a more important time to bring our compassion and inner wisdom to improve work and our workplaces.
On September 30, 2020, we are launching a new mindful leadership program, “Becoming a Mindful Leader: What Does it Mean?” This highly interactive 12-week experience is unique. Elizabeth and Cheryl will be facilitating and drawing on the collective wisdom of this group to help transform your individual experience at work. We will unpack what mindfulness is and isn’t and discover how to embody it in a variety of situations throughout the workday.
Becoming a mindful leader is not a solo journey. This program provides an opportunity to foster meaningful connections with others who share the intention to lead mindfully through times of change and uncertainty.
OBJECTIVES:
In three hours or less each month, you will engage in a robust growth experience. We’ll start out as one group and break into smaller circles of 8-10 people so that we can dive deeper and support each other. We come back to the larger group for our closing session.
