The Maine Women's Fund is proud to present a forum for and about investing in women in the workplace.

Keynote Speaker: Joe Keefe, President of Impax Asset Management and Pax World Funds, is a leader in the field of gender lens investing who believes that investing in women and advancing gender equality is critical to business success.

Panelists: Local leaders will discuss how they and their companies invest in women.

Barbara Babkirk, Principal, Heart At Work: Speaking to the need to continue investing in women in their later years.
Kerem Durdag, COO, GWI: Speaking to GWI’s commitment to invest in women and why they chose to be early adopters of #MaineCanDo principles
Sara Gideon, Speaker of the House: Speaking to the effects that laws passed, or rejected, in the Statehouse have on women in the workplace
Katherine (Kat) Joyce, Attorney, Bernstein Shur: Speaking to how company policy, procedures, etc. help or hinder women’s access to leadership, including but not limited to sexual harassment policy
Janice Rogers, Corporate Vice President for Human Resources, Diversified Communications: Speaking to how an international firm deals with different cultures and what it takes to perform, then act on, equity checks such as a pay rate audit
