Have you ever wondered what professional coaching is and if it could make a difference in your business practices?
Small business owners and leaders often feel the burden of responsibility for their employee’s well-being as well as the pressure of making sound business decisions. Coaches provide support and challenge existing mindsets while maintaining focus on purpose and desired outcomes.
Join Maine Coaches Connection (MCC) in this seminar to learn how business and leadership coaching can contribute to the ongoing success of your business and your overall satisfaction. The seminar will cover:
• What coaching is and the role of the coach in the process
• The benefits coaching contributes to a business’ success
• The impact coaching can have on your perspective, priorities, and focus
• A real-life testimonial from a small business owner sharing his experience with coaching
Brief Q&A to follow. MCC wants to serve our local community and will be offering 3 pro bono coaching sessions to interested owners and leaders of small and medium-sized companies.
This event will be recorded and a replay will be made available.
Since 2018, Eaton Peabody has been the exclusive partner/sponsor of Growth Basics for Business. Along with the Chamber, they see the value of providing resources and training to Maine's businesses and organizations.
