Ken O'Quinn is a communications workshop leader and a corporate writing coach. He is a co-author of the 2019 book on leadership, "Focus on Them," and he is the author of "Perfect Phrases for Business." A former Associated Press writer, he now works with such clients as Facebook, United Healthcare, Chevron, GE, Unum, TD Bank, L.L. Bean, and MEMIC.
