Wellness Connection could not care less about the original medicinal patients who were the first people to get this business off the ground. They have now turned their backs on those same people. I was lied to and called a liar by the store manager and store clerks.
If you know what's good for you, do NOT buy from this horrible store...unless you enjoy being treated badly. There are many other cannabis stores in Portland that treat you with respect.

As medical dispensaries go, it's fine. The selection of edibles is not huge, decent selection for carts, I haven't purchased bud because I usually just bake it and there aren't inexpensive options there.

My main question is: do *any* women work there? I have never, ever, seen a woman behind the counter. Does Wellness Connection have difficulty retaining women on staff? If so, why?

Extremely disappointed with the flower. Waste of time and money. Take your business somewhere else

I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years now, and I would love to rate it 5 stars (it's clean, bright, open, and the staff goes above and beyond every time I've been in). Unfortunately, it seems like a like of the changes that have been going on have not all been for the better, in particular, they will no longer carry the one item that I specifically buy there (the baker's mix), and I'm not sure where I can go elsewhere to get it.

I live on a very strict budget, and I *hate* that I have to pay the same amount of money on pre-made edible cookies (which crumble immediately, which makes it hard to divide up), instead of using the bakers mix to make my own recipe, which I can divide and freeze. I get the impression, now, that the Wellness Connection cares less about their clients needs and more about their profits.

I went to Portland from Gorham to buy a vape cart and they sold me a defective one. I didn't open my package until I got home. Now I had to drive to South Portland to save on gas and to exchange it which I didn't even get a discount or anything. I'm sticking to Atlantic farms they know how to treat their customers.

I'd like to post zero stars. This place is the worst dispensary I've ever been to - unprofessional and rude staff and low quality product - do yourself a favor and buy your buds somewhere - actually anywhere - else. Esp your cartridges - the ones @ this place are poison- instant headache. This place sucks!

I tried this place and there so much great weed out there to deal with the dry brittle over priced smoke most of the staff was decent there were a few that weren't so all I can say for this place is buyer beware

I have had my med card for many years now, and have tried almost every dispensary in the area. Many people have told me to stay away from the wellness connection, I should have listened. Today I decided to give it a go. My wallet was taken from my car last week (along with my license), so I brought my passport to make a purchase. They refused to take my passport as a form of identification stating they have to go by "different guidelines than other dispensaries" (they acted like they were better than everybody else when in reality they are at the same level, but much much worse customer service). Literally 15+ other dispensaries have accepted my passport. So I can travel across the globe with my passport, but can't purchase CBD flower? Complete BS.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Buds are always potent and never musty. Best dispensary in Maine.
