Oak Hill Dry Cleaners

They over charge for their dry cleaning service. they only stay open for 5 hours which is crazy for a business. They don't value their customers. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

They are wonderful & worth the price. They dry cleaned my Pucci, Prada & Dolce &Gabbana dresses beautifully. Highly recommend.

I have a winter coat which can only be dry cleaned. I'm new to the area and saw that this dry cleaner was incredibly close by. I tried it out and I don't regret it! I'm certainly going to be a returning customer for some time to come! The turnaround time was so quick and I appreciate the care put into making sure my coat looks good as new.

I'm not sure how to properly execute this review, but here it goes:

I've never actually been to Oak Hill Dry Cleaners.

But, but, but.. I have seen the wonderful things they do.
I'm writing this because they have spent the last 2 months providing their services to help dry clean items that have been donated to Maine Needs (if you're not familiar, give it a Google!) and they're doing it at no cost!! What a kind and considerate thing to do, especially given (what I can only imagine) is a super tough time for a business that caters to the business/professional + formal event crowd, and let's face it: 2020 has cancelled most formal events and has LOTS of dress clothes hanging in closets untouched while people work from the comfort of their couch.

I will definitely support them when the time comes that I need to dry clean something again! This act speaks volumes about Oak Hill Dry Cleaners and the kind of people they are.

I run a new nonprofit called Maine Needs, we help make sure donated items get to people who need them most at no cost. Toby and Travis contacted us in early October and asked if they don't help us by dry cleaning winter coats and warm blankets. We were all blown away. Not only have they been cleaning these items, they come once a week with a FULL van load of coats and comforters that they are accepting on location and DELIVER them to us and pick up anything we have that is dirty and in need of washing.

It's been about 6 weeks of this generosity and they are keeping it going. We are beyond grateful and would like to say thank you on behalf of the hundreds of people they are keeping warm this Winter.

I'd encourage you to find some dry cleaning in your home right now and go support this local business that is lifting up their community in the most meaningful way.

Best dry cleaning around! Locally owned, fast, friendly great results. I use regularly and would highly recommend.

In a last minute scramble before my own marriage, I came to Oak Hill in hopes to have two men's dress shirts cleaned and pressed, and one simple wedding dress to be rid of all wrinkles. Recommended to me by an associate at Joseph's of Portland, I hoped they could squeeze me in. When I explained a bit about my situation and stated when I needed the garments to be completed by, I was given a look by the owners that silently said "that's a tight window, but we can get it done." And get it done they did.

I can only speak to the work done on the two dress shirts (because I refrained from peeking at the wedding dress before the "big day")- Oak Hill met my expectations with their quality of work and exceeded expectations with customer service.

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a quality dry clean/steam/press/starch and beyond. I live about 15 minutes away and I'm happy to make the drive past other similar businesses to drop my garments off with Oak Hill.

My wife and have been using Oak Hill Dry Cleaners for the last three years since moving into Scarborough and this business is an class act as the staff are always super friendly and greet to with a smile and are super helpful.
The owner Travis is an awesome guy who is in the store most of the time and always stops what he is doing to say hello and to see if everything is going well.
The pricing is very fair the service is excellent and they do pick up and deliver.
5 star business if you are looking for a Dry Cleaners I would highly recommend this place.

Such a great place! Kind and gracious good service. Just the sort of business we want to support. They have been able to handle anything we bring in for cleaning. Quick and thorough, too.
