We started our medical malpractice case with the firm that Ben was with, before the start up of Gideon Asen. Our case followed Ben. Our case took a fair amount of time, due to some set backs with the onset of Covid. Ben guided us every step of the way and is a very compassionate and caring person. I asked a lot of questions and I was always answered and never felt like we were just another case. We had a positive outcome and I am very thankful for that. Our hope is that we never need a lawyer again, but if we did we would not hesitate to contact him. The professionalism of Ben and his staff is outstanding. I even received a call a few weeks later from Ben just checking up on us.
